Ophelia* is a bubbly 3-year-old girl who is a delight to be around. She engages with other children and adults thanks to her sociable and affectionate nature.

Ophelia likes to express her joy through movement and song. She loves dancing to music and singing nursery rhymes. She thrives in creative and sensory activities, such as painting or play dough, where she can use various tools to mould and shape.

Ophelia has a wonderful imagination. She is often found playing with her dolls and pram or running a shop with her cash register.

Ophelia is a confident and adventurous little girl who is willing to try new experiences. She has enjoyed swimming, soft play, and exploring sensory environments with her foster family.

However, the outdoors is where Ophelia truly shines. Identified by her carers as her “happy place”, Ophelia enjoys visits to the play park and forest. She will splash in puddles and happily ride her bicycle.

If Ophelia can’t be reunited with her birth family, she will require long-term foster care until she reaches an age of independence.

Foster carer(s) will receive full training, support and financial allowances.
