HSC (Health and Social Care) Northern Ireland Adoption and Foster Care is the largest recruitment service for Adoption and Foster Care across Northern Ireland. The five Health and Social Care Trusts have statutory responsibility for all children and young people who require an adoptive family or foster carers.
