6th November 2025
Maria* and Nina* are sisters who are seeking a loving foster home within the South Eastern area where they can stay together.
MARIA
Maria is a friendly and quiet 5-year-old. She has long brown hair, wears glasses and is of average height and development for her age.
Maria loves squishies, teddy bears and drawing and colouring. She can be a bit unsure when meeting new people and is quite a cautious little girl but her behaviour is typical of a girl her age.
Maria is currently in primary 1. She mixes well with her peers and engages well with adults. Maria has good routines and she eats and sleeps well. When it comes to food, she’s not so keen on fruit and really doesn’t like cheese. Maria goes to bed around 7/8pm and she settles to sleep by chatting to herself and likes to have a teddy bear for comfort at night.
NINA
Nina is a friendly and happy little 4-year-old girl with long, thick dark hair and a cute smile. Nina is mischievous and quite adventurous and is described as a ‘girly girl’. Nina has lots of energy and is an active child. She has recently started nursery school.
Nina loves baby dolls and likes to play at changing their nappies, feeding and dressing them. She loves singing and dancing. Nina loves messy play and likes to cuddle her taggy teddy at bedtime. Nina has a good daily routine. She enjoys a wide range of food and is a good eater and sleeps well.
Maria and Nina have weekly contact with their mum. Ideally, Maria and Nina would be best suited in a foster home where there are no other younger children in the home.
As their foster carer(s), you will receive fostering allowances, ongoing support and training.
