Henry* is a 14 year old boy who needs a foster home within the Northern area.
Henry has a keen interest in reading, drawing, swimming and history. He is a funny and quick witted young man. Henry currently does not avail of school and engages in online tutoring daily which he thoroughly enjoys. Henry requires his own bedroom and could benefit from having the support of a couple who are experienced foster carers or are willing to undergo specific training.
Henry prefers one to one time and support and would prefer a home environment that is quiet and calming. Henry needs consistency in his day-to-day life and prefers having a schedule of his week to enable him to know what is going to happen in advance.
Henry would prefer a home with limited pets and no other children. Henry is requiring a short-term foster home at this time and has experienced a lot of instability throughout his young life.
Henry has additional learning needs which would need to be explored fully with any potential foster carers. Henry requires ongoing medical appointments and therapeutic supports.
